I've considered an IO only route. Most of my focus is obviously on the "everything" route, but I've had a few requests that she stay exclusive to IO outside the flirting and groping.
The main routes I have planned are Catherine fully submitting to IO or Catherine taking control. Both are high corruption options. There are currently low corruption game-overs. I plan on adding about a dozen little side endings... some more nuts than others... most involve finding a kazoo player...

It's less it leads to "game over" in the negative sense, and more that there are just a couple early endings for accomplishing various actions to escape the rooftop. Well, except for one that is most definitely a bad end.

Waitress getting closer just changes her position, letting you see more of the scenes of the customers molesting her.

Max mood at the waitress game is capped for now. It will be able to go up higher in future updates. Eventually if you max out mood the customers will stop ordering drinks at all and the game will end early with a special scene.

Just a thought, but having some way to break past the extra scene might be a good QOL addition if you're not already planning one. That way players would rush happiness if they don't care about the waitressing minigame. Since it'd still be a skill challenge it wouldn't change the gameplay loop much but it'd be a nice way for skilled players to skip past something that can become monotonous after 10-15 hours of eye contact with Cathy's nipples.
