It because the developer has a habit of not finishing their games to completions. Last game " A Town Uncovered " was only develop half way because they lost passion for it and sugar was what they wanted

That game did sooo many things right, it's crazy.
Seriously, if a competent group of devs were behind it.
I can easily see it being one of the best 2D games on the market.
But I guess we'll never know, what could have been.
