I played the v0.1 demo of a game called Echoes of Mythria, which has a card game in it with gameplay like Cross Blitz (but with an art style that I personally find much more appealing), as contrasted with Echoes: Cards of Destiny, that's just the overused "Triple Triad" gameplay. I'm hoping to find some other adult card games to enjoy while I wait for further development on that. Here are some thoughts I have about adult card games I've played in the past...

There was a game I played a while back called Last Evil, that I did not much like the art style of, but I thought the gameplay was a legitimately good Spire-like (and I've played some adult Spire-likes that I felt were just a tedious grind, like Is It Wrong to Repay the Debt in a Dungeon?).

Lust Hunter is a game that was kinda fun for a while, but it got to be a repetitive grind. I like the 3D animated art and the fantasy creatures, but it's mostly just seeing the same few creatures over and over again.

Decked in Love is a game that I really like the look of, and the gameplay is interesting at first, but the game gets way too difficult around the fourth chapter.

Supermodel: Defenders of Desire (from the maker of Long Live the Princess) is something I really thought I'd enjoy when I first played the standalone card game demo, but the more I followed the development, the more I felt like the core of the game was just a VN, with the card game being kinda ancillary. Maybe I didn't give it enough of a chance.

Hypnosis Card is a game that had pretty good art, and pretty good gameplay right up until the massive difficulty spike at the end. People on the game thread said there's a really powerful build where you basically just have five cards that endlessly cycle, but that kinda defeats the purpose of "deckbuilding" for me.

News Desk gets some bad reviews because of the tedious grind, but it's got a decent card game and a solid MaleDom corruption storyline that's reflected in the cards.

I should probably include Love of Magic because it's a popular game, but it barely even feels like a card game to me. It feels like a free-roaming VN that has turn-based RPG combat with a card gimmick attached.

Given those interests and preferences, can anyone recommend any more adult card games for me? I'll settle for a game that has really good art for my tastes, or really good gameplay, since I'm sure it'll be hard to find both.

with a bit of knowledge and experience you can reach the last boss... who will destroy you because it's way harder than any other boss.
Oh, thanks but I'm not really into that kind of thing. I hate that feeling of "I put in all this effort building up to this just for it all to be wasted." That was the same problem I had with Hypnosis Card. Also, not an appealing art style for me personally.
