That is in our plans, the issue is resources: adding variations exponentially increases the amount of assets we will need. We would require one or more extra artists.

To be frank, you can easily cash in on pregnancy fetishes by simply giving baby bumps to the women.

Most perverts dont really want to see the birthing part of the pregnancy, they simply want to feel like they have an impact on the world they're playing in.

Besides, by adding pregnancy you can basically claim that the game contains inflation too
