No I doubt it was anything like that, I think they just decided that Frankie's Funclub would be a more marketable concept than Suite 69, or they just enjoyed the concept more.

Shame as I fall into the camp that found Suite 69 much more to my tastes, but Frankie's Funclub is definitely shaping up to be well-executed so there's that at least!

I'm not sure if anyone could do that without having the source code or whatever - but even if a gamedev or dev team had that, they'd probably want to create their own project with their own ideas and passions, rather than reviving someone else's project.

I agree it's a big shame, I loved this game.

BUT there are lots of amazing games out there that are still alive! Just gotta get out there and search, look at the tags you like, click in people's signatures, etc. Plenty of fun to be had on f95

Is this game broken? I cant exit any of the menus without using escape, none of the controls are explained anywhere, when I did get out to fight the monsters I was basically invincible running in circles for 10 minutes, just killing non stop with no end in sight, sometimes you just get massive damage dealt to you for no reason. After what felt like forever, I hit escape and saw I could go back to the hotel, so I did, just to get stuck in the corner of the screen and lose all of the coins I had gotten. On top of that If I do press escape and decide not to go to the hotel, the game just stays frozen.

I am playing right know and the game gave me an option to fuse a weapon and an item, it got stuck in the conbine screen with the fused item and now I am playing without the combined item but I cant click to combine them or to close the overlay
