Here's a guide for the game's CG unlock if you don't mind translations. Thought about making myself like I did with Summer DLC + Winter game, but the exploration is so bland I don't feel like it.
Note that there's 4 endings, 3 having CGs unlock, 2 of them are for each individual sister and the third for both sisters. You unlock the individual sisters' ending by having only one sister's affection maxed, the threesome ending by having both, and the "normal" ending by having none of max.

I purchased it on my DLsite account just now and I am playing the full game on my laptop, and I really love Honoka Kaion the older sister with the ponytail, she is my favorite girl out of all these countryside games by far. She is so adorable and sexy. She already has me shooting ropes. I can already tell this game along with the Summer and Winter games will have me cumming until I'm dizzy.

Beat story mode first, then make an extra mode save after the ending, load into the extra mode save. Succubus girl will spawn in the bath, sitting on the massage chair, talk to her. First option is to unlock all cg/scenes(code: 0622), and second option is to enable nude and h-anywhere.

Note: Although you can unlock nude anywhere from day 1 of extra mode, you'll still need to get to day 10 to unlock nude for the girls.

Wait can you not keep a 100% file into Extra mode here?

idk if its only me or the game felt too short in terms of scenes, i had to look everywhere to not miss a spot.
earlier games were a lot better

Well if my count is correct (not counting costume variations)
Summer: 44 pixel scenes
Winter: 38 pixel scenes
14 Day Summer: 35 scenes
It probably felt a lot shorter because the total amount of scenes gets split among two characters.
Also previous games had a lot more costume variations. Plus dialog during pixel scenes.
