Is there a schedule for the confessional or is it random.
I'm still trying to finish off the 'naughty nun 2' section for two of the girls and get them to 'horny' only to find they don't do the confessional that day and of course you go to the next day and they are back to normal....incredibly frustrating

If I remember correctly there are set of days the sisters are in the confessional. Monday and Tuesday is Kasumi, Wednesday and Thursday is Ayano then Friday and Saturday is Shizuku. Sunday is their rest day so no confessions. Try checking these days and I might get their schedules wrong but that's how it works.
It feels like a typical old school japanese eroge.
There's way too much boring, repetitive things to do (cleaning, cooking, chatting for affinity, cycling through the week) in-between sex scenes it's EXHAUSTING playing through this. and the H scenes aren't even good anyway. It's criminal that most H-scenes and even ALL outfits can only be accessed AFTER you've completed everything about the story. I even cheated inf.energy and money and it's still exhausting as hell.
I regretted playing this game. Terrible.

How to get the last two common route CGs and The Test ending? I have done everything already and I have no idea how to get those 2 cgs and there ios no info on any guide, I have every other E.Memory and H.Memory, I dont know what else I´m missing

It looks like you haven't completed it all. The last photo is of all the girls in wedding dresses. In it, you propose to all four of them. After this ending, even your starting window will change to this photo. In general, there are quite good hints there. Some endings depend on others, and until you open them, you won't be able to move forward.

Jokes aside, this game is a really slow burn, more of a slice of life VN than a H-game. If you are looking for quick fap, just download a complete save, and even then the sex scenes are mediocre at best. Gameplay is non-existence, VAs are surprisingly good, story is cheesy but cute, and TL is questionable but functions well enough. Definitely worth giving this game a go.
