This happens with many games that have few available save slots, and it is usually easier to delete old saves after making a backup by creating a shortcut to the folder where you store them, to be able to open it without having to search for it again when necessary.
So an alternative would be to create a shortcut to the folder where Summer Clover stores the saves:

C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\LocalLow\Connection\SummerClover\Data\Saves
Where if the 12 available save slots are full, there will be within that folder 12 GameSave001/012.nson files that store those savegames, in addition to the saves that correspond to the Quick-Save (GameQuickSave001/012.nson) and the one that stores the game settings (Settings.json)

And after making that backup to preserve them, you can delete the game saves, leaving only the last savegame to free up those few available save slots

I am officially requesting a mod just to put the "onii-chan" (or "bro") back in the script. Would change this game from don't-play to play for me.
Unity is bane of my existence. They say it's easy to port games made on it to different platforms but no one actually ports their game.
We need some way to emulate unity games on android, the rate devs port their games is not reliable.
Can we go back to the time VNs were made with Renpy?

my phone's a potato. only thing I could run on winlator was Tentacles thrive. everything else my phone couldn't handle it.

Bit of a late response, but from the latest dating sims-style games I played:
Love and Life Happy Teacher: Dating Sim where you have a similar lite management of your stats (like stamina, money, etc).
Inari: Same as above, but furthermore you hace a couple of side girls you can unlock scens with. More mission based.
