A bit too easy to read story and a bit too uncomplicated gameplay, but yeah, this game is ok, nothing more and nothing less.
No real fetishes in the tag list, not even a harem tag although it is included in the game title.

Dev should remove the fishing mini-game, or make it a simple keyboard game. Mouse killing mini-games are bad in a porn game anyways, and this one is particularly egregious because it's just mash the button until you stop being unlucky. I quit before finishing it and wont try this game again until there is confirmation that it is removed or skippable (without missing out on rewards).
