Alternatively, just add the launcher to Steam (as a non-Steam game) and run it through Proton. There's almost nothing that doesn't run this way.

you must rename the file to put a number between 1 and 50

Edit: For anyone in the future, yes. Thought it was like Koikatsu where you had to make separate outfits and spent like 20 minuets trying to find that option. But the game auto gives them an outfit

Yes, Rino for example uses something like a leotard right in her early scenes, otoha uses the gym clothes too and those scenes replace w/e you had on them for the appropriate clothes.

That method also works great, however, I dont think you can fully hide it from others.
