When it comes to quality H-scenes, easily. Insult Order is still pretty good.

Oh, coming next week. Gotta stock up some coconut oil, next weekend is going to be intense.
They also said there's more work to be done and to view this as a "light greeting". We'll find out what this means exactly sometime after the release most likely. Hopefully, they're not only talking about bug fixes or simple cosmetics but additional features or content.

Considering their previous game IO was having a few, I can see why not to expect it on reiko's route.
Honestly, its see how they would try to fit the situation with the story setting though.
