I use - Locale_Remulator.1.5.2 - to launch it without the patch and it works

I didn't expect to have the black screens and big X problems since I bought the game on Steam. Locale Remulator works, but I have to run the game from its file folder.

Is there another solution to fix this patch problem? I don't know how to use local_remulator.
