I was going to play this game again, but now I have problems with the local emulator can someone help me, in the options the local emulator is not shown to start the game

Don't think old saves work with the DLC.
See all the posts above, the game is 64Bit (currently) so you would have to use NTLEA if you need to emulate locale.

That's quite sad for me that the devs ignore everyone and still try to push with the game engine as it is.
If one of them ever read this, please at least add this to your game:
For the rest of us here is a patch that fixes big crossed close button and black screens bug of the Outing DLC v2.0.
To apply it unpack the .cmd file into the game's folder where the .exe is and run it.

The new password for the DLC is 1810, and she gets extra options in game plus.

I just got a gaming laptop a few days ago and I got her stuff to max but when I started the game back up I didn't see my save. Do I need to manually add the save into a folder or something? I'm new to playing these on pc. Or do I need to click yes when I quit game and it asks if I want to archive new or modified stuff?

Sounds like your playing the game with WinRAR while it's still compressed, I think most people decompress. But that is probably the reason, as it sounds like WinRAR is asking you if you want the save added to the archive.
You won't always be able to play without decompressing, only rar and zips I think.
