Keep playing until you get the option to use "Dwitter" in any of your cousins' laptops, then keep using Dwitter daily until certain event pops up.
It's still too early for that, but you know how there's a game over if you get caught for being too noisy during sex? Try deliberately getting caught once you have maxed all main heroines.
I cannot for the life of me get a tier 1 bug to finish the side character quest. I always get every tier of both fish and bugs, except tier 1. What am I doing wrong?

from what I remember tier one bugs (and maybe fish?) only spawn in the dry riverbed area tree
