You'd have to ask the dev or a patron, but:
As of the last update, I suppose the netorase/cheating paths could be tied off and ended whenever one wants. It's just gonna be more of the same, after all. That said, since so many of the scenes are just replacing one character with another, there doesn't seem to be any reason to halt those paths if the others are still being developed. The other paths were very, very far from any sort of conclusion. Not that that hasn't stopped devs from premature eja...endings before.
