is it in the wrong place?

you're using a "Downloads" folder. this special window folder's absolute path has 'windows user name'.(ex. "c:\Users\사용자\Downloads")
try move game folder to another place.

Plugins folder isn't showing up for me. If I try adding it manually it doesn't work either. I checked the path and it should be fine.
I had already installed the autotranslater, are they conflicting in some way?

do you installed a 'ReiPatcher' ? BepInEx cannot be used with ReiPatcher.

download and extract BepInEx to game folder. current latest version is

. extract to "Summer Heat\GameData\" folder (where "SummerInHeat.exe" file exists)
this game's client is x64/mono type.
run game once. "Summer Heat\GameData\BepInEx\plugins\" folder will be created. if don't created, check the game path. game path must have only latin-characters.

download and extract plugin to "Summer Heat\GameData\BepInEx\plugins\" folder.
run & enjoy.

if many errors occurs in log file at BepInEx, try turn off an anti-virus.

I have a potato PC (CPU: I5-4590, Ram: 8GB, GPU: Integrated CPU and Storage: HDD) and I've been playing with Debian 12 and it runs well with low graphics, if I had a better PC it would run better.

I think this game is very well optimized, if it runs on my potato PC with Linux anyone with a better PC would run it much better.

But what settings for the prefix did you use? Mine crashes at start.

If you're not satisfied with google MTL, you can integrate gpt 4o translation on XUnity.Autotranslate.
The result isn't perfect, it would still need manual edit on various parts, but the dialogues are a lot better than using google translate.

Also what Prompt do you use For Japanese Eroge? The one provided is For Simplified Chinese

I was confused at first too, it works after I renamed the folder
