There's one "NTR" scene although the boyfriend doesn't see his girlfriend being pegged by the main character, so I don't know if it counts as NTR or not.
There's no big difference between 1/2/3 but there is still some, even in the voice. But I agree they could remove one speed (1>3>4).

I came up with a quick cheat since there i a limit of character we can have in game that's 50, if you want more just make same folder as that in game save put the character file out of save and paste your 2nd file that you maked there with exact same name also with this you can have 100+ character easy

i think the most easy mistake you can do is:
putting bepinex into main...
[miconisomi] SummerSacrifice Ver1.00-DLsite
WRONG ONE
you must put in
[miconisomi] SummerSacrifice Ver1.00-DLsite\GameData
GOOD ONE
that's where the game engines files are located....
then just edit the config file for the textgettercompatibilityMod
and done

Your Previous method of hard modding is working great so far (still has its own problems like the notorious free mode bug, Alt-T i suppose)
