This is just a speculation. But bepis.moe probably haven't updated their MCNSM decryption. The last uploaded card seems to be from 31-3-24, which is almost a year ago. So its most likely MCNSM has updated their card encryption, during that time gap.
Ofc, the game itself might be able to read OLD encryption. But for the 3rd party's, they might need to do more cracking for research and update.
I think, someone should've mentioned this issue on their(bepis.moe) discord by now, so we can only wait until the card can be read.
Nobody else seems to be discussing about this issue, perhaps they're not ready to share cards just yet.
(Let say someone else indeed does, it just means my keyword for searching might've been wrong.)

There is 3P. People just play the game half assed and jump to free mode instantly. It's in the Rino story only. More will be added surely at a later point. The game is far too well made to not further add to it.
With the engine and everything existing, stuff like DLC will be out a lot faster.
