You brought up a residual bug that happens when u press/spam z on a specific wall tile when u weren't supposed to but I should have removed it completely.

Yeah it's designed that way for the full game since sauna will be used for other routes/npcs too.

I really really dislike the day limit in the game. It makes me assume I am going to miss stuff before the festival happens. And I can't find a way to alter the set date. Would really like it if I could

Blueberry CCC recipe is given to you by Lily (you have to befriend her by giving her gifts).
Alternatively, you can gift Erica Mint CCC.
There is no need to get the Blueberry CCC recipe or befriend Lily to progress further if you just gift Erica enough gifts to increase her friendship, gifts such as milk(likes) or Mint CCC(Loves).
It's in the walkthrough because befriending Lily might be a criteria for future content.

I have seen Erica leave her house, and moved around the maps, shifting maps to car park, the beach ect. ect.
- Is my reputation with Erica to low(not clue to see precisely how much i have) ? I even started from scratch because I though I did some mistake, very frustration to not be able to trigger this.

If anybody else have any advice please let me know! THANKS!
- Or a save file after Earl's quest have been activated.

there's a bus that takes you to a city outside, she should be there!
the encounter should activate and you should see her entering somewhere.
