Finished 0.31. Quite good setup with hidden camera (that's what I thought about from the first release, good job). Minigame became difficult though in comparison with bakery one

I said I'll keep it brief but as a lone developer I have no one to talk to because the only developing the game with me is my own shadow.
I'm sure someone down the line or maybe right after I post this will find fault in x or y that I've said, that I can do better or something. It's not like I haven't gotten enough shit for my art since day one already, and as much as I try to care, honestly, at this point it's either A.I or me spending a year or a half away from the game to really grind the art fundamentals. I chose neither and carry on with what I can do/draw/animate/you know what I mean.
Anyway, if it needs to be said, it needs to be said. Anyone can interpret it however they like, game goes on life goes on yada yada something. This isn't against you per say but this post is here because I've been through the whole dance of "is your art A.I" before. Before I was a game dev, I worked freelance off and on as an artist and I know this will eventually come up either now or in the futurel. But I also know the futility of any constant back and forths. There's no winning since sketches/linearts can also be falsified. I've typed way more than I should, not because I'm defensive and have a raging boner for A.I sending my entire art career into fucking abyss (actually yeah, I do.), no, but because this makes it so I don't have to be put on the defendant's stand over and over again in the future. I won't be talking about this in the future again unless I one day become an A.I slop creator and is guilty as fuck for doing so. If that's the case please stand by for Summer Stolen Paradise After and Autumn Anal Paradise and Winter Wanking Wonderland releasing a few months within each other that A.I can churn for me and make me slop money. I'll also start pretending to ignore everyone once that happens since cash is king baby!
Anyway, I do know it does help to put something out so here it is, that there was the process. I also no longer have faith in how much what I say here when said in jest/as a joke will be intepretated differently down the line so I might as well use this chance to say that I'll have to put some distance away from this thread. Love the support but there's always discord/patreon if you want to reach out. I have a tendency to yap too much as evident from the game (and this post) so this will be better in the long run. I lurk because I want anyone (free or paid) to enjoy the game and if its anything serious, this is a good source of info but that's about it.

In all seriousness though, feel free to yap as much as you want anywhere (on discord/patreon dev diaries/here), your processes / creativity inspires other devs down the line to push the standard of NTR games. Maybe there's a dev-only area for those who share these findings, but I hope you find any solace somewhere.
And who knows, you might even build a proper Gen AI model for Shion and become the villain you once despised!
Seeing how serious you are about your comments, I believe that following an author like you is the right choice. Keep it up, I offer you my sincerest respect.

If i got it right, you use a tool to support YOUR drawing. You still draw all the art yourself, you still need to adjust it, you still keep your style. That's no fucking AI, that's being an artist and the struggles that come of it. I will forever support people like you.
This AI era... i despise it to the bottom of my heart. There is so much ai slop nowadays and i hate it.
I would rather support people like you that still try and draw their art themselves, using techniques and all other shenanigans, than support the next AI developer that just says fuck it and all he does is train a model and call it a day.

I had this problem before; it's because you've skipped too fast and the Shion sprite is blocking the MC's path. If you can reload up to that point and click rather than w/ctrl, it should be working.
I'll try to play the game again and get to that point if you need a save. It might take me some time.
