yeah i had it turned on, and nothing. is there something i need to add in character creator?
Only the futa checkbox. As a reminder you only see a cock during sex scenes.

Yes! Somebody please answer this, I get the same issue. Though I don't have a problem with the game directory, I do get the message saying I possibly have a corrupt update file or some shit.

It feels like the best way to get 3P scenes is via futa, at least in my experience. In the last month I've made four characters, two males and two futa, and have made a number of files for each with characters I pull from online. In the files with both male characters the women are either constantly fighting with one another, or even if they happen to be in a love triangle with two other women, they'll sit and watch and never try to participate. The two futa however, they're getting all the 3P's, it's crazy. One of them somehow got into it via an invitation and got to fuck a girl that didn't like her back. Also I notice in my futa files everyone's less willing to contend with one another for sex or other matters and will openly just get into orgies.
I know there's tweaks in the Balance settings that I could use to make the situation easier, but I also try not to interfere too much because it lessens the fun of having it happen when you least expect it.
On a side note, blackmailing's hilarious. I've had women blackmail more than once and they're the ones that end up getting handled and used for sex. Hell I started dating one of them because why not.

There's a plugin that makes the penis invisible if the futa is on the receiving end. If that box is ticked then the dick only shows up if the futa's the top, not the bottom.

I see how everyone is comparing this to AA, but I don't care about the RPG aspect (I just care about the H scenes and creating cool characters). Should I play this, or is Koikatsu way better? Also if someone can tell me how they differ I'll appreciate it.
Koikatsu and Honey Select 2 has WAY more character customization because of the extensive community added content / mods. If you just wanted to create cool characters just get those two games. Koikatsu for more anime-y looks and Honey Select for more realistic looks.
Also if you like realistic looks you can also get Room Girls for more modern updated looks that can rival DOAX girls.
If you like more modern anime-y look then play this Samabake game because the character customization is much more complex and mature, but it doesn't have the extensive support like Koikatsu have. For ex. on Koikatsu you can get many face, hair, and costume from popular anime games that the community ripped from their respective games (and some created it themselves).

is it an already included plugin? cause the plugins i do have, are enabled and still doesnt work

It should be if you're using the latest HF patch. The plugin you're looking for is in the image below, SVS_FutanariSon. Make sure the top option, Son Control, is disabled. Enabling it makes futanari dicks invsible unless they're the one penetrating. Disabled it'll show their dicks in full view as the game intended.
Something else to note, the setting beneath that one is called All Futanari. Once enabled it registers all characters are futa, which gender specific options for male and only the MC (it's going to tell you to restarted the game for it to take effect). I haven't tinkered with these selections, but in theory they could be your answer to seeing male on male scenes instead of having the game cut to a screen wipe and the scene's over. Could maybe even allow for futa on top and male on bottom so something to check out.
Update: Decided to see check the boxes and see if futa on male was possible, and it's not. When you do futa on female a set of arrows shows up to swap who's on top and that still doesn't show with everybody's futa enabled. The other two options appear flag all futa as men because when 'Include Male' was selected and I initiated sex with a futa, both their sex bars were blue, however sex positions did not work, not even anal. So from that I'm surmising the All Futanari options are people that created female PC's that still want male on female options during sex. This also means there's a very good chance that even with the options selected, male on male will still remain a screen transition. Still I'd consider giving it a shot and sharing what happens.

Where did you hear about this Localization Patch and what exactly will it add to the game?
Just downloaded the patch and it causes the game to crash. At least with HF Patch installed it does.

I tried this game with official English translation and gameplay suck. Dialogs are even worse than Koikatsu. Girl with the highest Chasity could be spammed with interactions until you get what you want.
You can download the latest patch from official website and it will add English language. But I think it work only with original build.
