This might be a dumb question, but since all Illusion/"new"Illusion games can be quite finicky, I ask before doing anything. Does the Personality DLC need to be downloaded and installed anymore? Since it says that all DLC is in the pack.
EDIT: Found out that "Personality" has to be added manually. Still one question remains, there is an update exe to be found for a 0314 version. Needed or not?

So now that they made AICOMI should I assume that the Scramble is not going to get any major updates and ILLGAMES will just continue the Illusion cycle of making copies of their old games with less and less features?
I did just copied the files of personality DLC and then copied over and replaced the files from latest update

My gpu reach 70% and that's it, 30% cpu, but still i see drops to 45 fps and stutters with fps drops every few seconds on H scene. I don't get why, with HS2DX i had lots more mods, specially gpu intensive, on this game i have the minimum, but still stutters.

Suboptimal, quick programming, a scource of today, since most (nor all, but most) software studios don´t care about sound programming anymore. These games without FMV and 60+ Gigs space requirements, needing multi-gig GPUs for graphics hardly better than in the 2000s? That is easy, quick programming, knowing that the PCs have to shoulder it. Most games could be optimised to be far smaller sizewise, needing less powerful computers, but that would need better, more careful programming.
For instance and a rare example what you can do if you work properly and optimize is the team who made the Hitman series. "New" Hitman 1 and 2 needed roundabout 66 Gig disc-space each. Hitman 3 includes the first two parts into it for a complete edition, is about 62 Gigabyte disc-space. You see what is possible if you want to.

i read somewhere this game has NTR feature, is that true?? . if it true i realy like it it add realism because it weird when you just the only guy in town
If you're searching for a fully fledged partner thieve simulator.... keep searching, much of the whatever story you wanna build happens on your imagination. In this case, your partner being stolen, you stealing another partner, or the partner is being shared is pretty inconsequential.
I have no idea why I got this. I've tried to reinstall but nothing work, Not even original char. Does anyone know how to fix this? (This kindda scary ngl XD)

Missing mods, or you got a broken game.
Try the game without mods and see if it's working properly, then apply the HF Patch.
Could it be the version I have? because I have 1.1.3 that there's someone has a problem and I didn't do something to update because I'm used to play KK with an old version but nothing happen yet. If it then no doubt why this happen to me XD

How to install the DLC? I copied all the files to the game directory and ran update.exe, but I got an error message.
I was searching Minato Aqua card.

Using the update exe was the mistake, simply copying the files into the game directory (overwriting old stuf if needed)and running the HF patch is enough, as far as I know.
there being a scene extractor implies there's a studio for SVS. However, i dont know where it is. I downloaded the better repack on release so maybe it just didnt have it? idk, i hope someone could help me find the SVS version of character studio.
