They are making progress a new HF will be released when its done.
AFAIK the only way to have the DLC working right now is to have a legit game version that you purchased. Otherwise, just be patient and let modders do their thing.

HF-patches take care of that, STN only does major updates since the packs are full releases.
You don't need legit version, if you want to try the DLC.
You can use Repack/Modded version by deleting/renaming "hid.dll", it will disable mods and let you run the Game + DLC without issue.
BUT make sure you create backup of your game before doing it, because by installing the dlc, you're updating the game to the newer version which doesn't support mods

It can happen a few ways but it's mostly dependent on the female in the situation. If the Female likes both guys she will ask for a threesome if both guys have her compatibility maxed out and are not at odds with one another(if they dislike you it's less likely). But you have to wait for the NPC AI to get around to asking about a 3 some which seems random but some traits will make it more likely. If you want to force a 3 some all three characters need to be in a relationship with max compatibility no matter what the sex is. If the Guys are not in a relationship you basically have to wait for the NPC's to ask for one, or to interrupt/join after seeing the guy and female having sex in the open. Some personality traits completely lock out 3somes too or massively lower the chances of them ever asking to join. There are also strange "feelings" interactions. If you Extort a character and become their master before having a relationship seems to make them do different things than just going out with someone the normal way.

Koikatsu graphics, but the gameplay is just AA2; or far more of a sim than Koikatsu.

Fun is subjective, you can have fun with something others don't.
But I find it very boring.
Imagine sims 4 but extremely bad version of it - it almost feels like a parody.
Here's what I do:
1. Create a male character
2. Add him to the game
3. Create a female character
4. Add her to the game
5. Use any character I've created to spam "chat" with other
6. When other character finally accepts sex, start sex scene

Never heard of that, you can move the camera even in the base release version of the game. The actual locations are just a background picture though unlike other games, you're just moving the camera around the characters. Feels a bit awkward at first but you get used to it.
Oh that's a nice trick, thanks for sharing. Don't think I'll be doing that because I'd rather keep the mods, but if people just want to try the new characters, at least there's a way.
Heh, to be fair it almost feels like you're intentionally making it boring if you limit it to having one guy/girl and just getting to the H part. Might as well load Honey Come at this point. Most people here enjoy the interactions between the various NPCs and seeing how "relationships" evolve.
Then again I find regular Sims games extremely boring myself, so to each their own I guess.
