3P is unfortunately more complicated. I just managed to activate it myself. The 3 characters need to have a very good relationship between them and high H Compatibility. It takes time, even with cheat tools, which doesn't work well with likeability stats for the moment.

I think he will eventually, maybe he's waiting for more content to pile up. Tho the DLC itself is pretty easy to intall. I've asked this before, so now I ask again. Does anyone have a solution for the saves not working? No matter what I try, I cannot play any of my savestates. The only thing it allows me to play is the autosave. here's my folder for reference

This screenshot doesn't explain anything, neither does the vague description "not working". You should try joining Koikatsu! discord server and asking there but they'll probably ask you to post log file(s). Don't ask me how you can join, I don't know, I am not "discorder" enough to explain.
I only wanted to get someone's attention to an issue I have with the game. I thought that with the save folder alone someone could have a solution. My bad. here's a picture of the game itself to compare. Basically, all those files are saves, but they aren't appearing on the continue menu right here. If no one has a solution here, then I will go to the discord. Thanks in advance.

If your other character is transparent, you need to toggle their visibility. It's dumb, but that's the solution.
Now if both are visible but you can't toggle the POV, then idk.
Can try for funzies to copy the "Autosave" and rename it.
Would allow you to know if game is failing to manually save properly.
Or (if save does not appear), know that game fails to load non auto saves.
Bad part... In both cases, no idea how to help.
Well in super worst case you might be able to manually rename any save to "auto..." and load it that way... xD
