Have you tried downloading latest hf patch and installing it?

Fortunately i had the better repack .rar, so did a clean install of everything and it works now. I did the same steps with the 1.1.2 files, first the patch and then new translation, so its kinda wierd.

What patch? What files? What translation? Sounds like you are overcomplicating things, all you need is hf patch.

I had up to HF patch 1.4 , installed the 1.1.2 update and then this posts patch for the menu TL.

Hf patch 1.4 is old. Using old mods with new game versions are never a good idea.

Hmmm...
I'm installed a 1.1.2 over HF1.4, extracted a patch lvl100ultima saying about and it's working!
Read couple of pages back. HF patch links lead to git, with patch updates being there.
Well, unless some1 posted download only link, but from what I remember it should be leading to git.
Will look like this (img below).
Place the .txt file to "Game Folder\BepInEx\Translation\en\Text\"
Of course make backup. It changes all translation, so if you do not like other changes, you can manually edit only what you want...

Yes, I updated to the newest patch that was released here but I have this problem of not opening the game

Try what i did. Make a back up of your UserData , download Better Repack R1 and install all over again. It's a pain, but i worked for me at least.
The wiki states it, but the safest is to have the following
1) all 3 characters should be in a relationship with each other (as in EVERYONE is dating everyone else individually) although some info suggests that having the highest like/love and H affinity is also ok
2) carnivore trait (not necessary but it sure helps)
3) You can interrupt the 2 NPCs that you aren't playing to barge into a 3p, or you can initiate sex with one and wait for the other NPC to barge in.
