I've checked out a lot of the comments to try and find an answer but there seems to be a lot of confusion about it so i will ask a bit more specifically. Is the NTR (or potential NTR) and sharing avoidable?
What i consider NTR is any sexual activity between a Li or potential Li that would make the MC and/or player jealous. that includes M/F and F/F because doesnt matter if its male or female, its still NTR.

no jealousy (maybe a bit when mc watches mia with her bf at that time way before mc is trying to get into her pants), ntr otherwise is avoidable, ofc mc is agitated when mia and emma do ff since his dick needs attention too (and gets it eventually).

well 1st at pool can be avoided (no ntr disables it) and 2nd at party is on borderline.

this game does not have that iirc . the sequel of this game does though are you sure you don't mean that game .
This was a pretty good story. Wasn't sure at first with the MC's rapey attitude but things did develop beyond that. Was also really good to see the story from Mia's pov. Looking forward to try the sequel. Without spoiling too much, does Emma get a redemption arc in sequel? Was kinda dissapointed in how that ended. Still its ok if she is just a one dimensional villian, but since everyone has kind of a complexity to them, was hoping for more from Emma.

Thanks for the replies. I kinda liked Emma's 0 fucks given personality at first, but when her actions started affecting her supposedly best friend's family in such a negative way, she lost me. There was a hint that deep down she actually cared about Mia when she tried to push her to be honest about her feelings, so was hoping for a nice redemption without really changing who she is, just tone it down a notch. Just downloaded sequel so will start on that soon. Thanks again for the comments.

well leopard won't change spots and neither won't emma, if takes up on her offer in sequel then not that good things happen.
MC is a massive asshole and the "Landlady" is not better. "Landlord" tried his best to fix his marriage and she not only lied but also used it to fck MC infront of his oblivious eyes. Mia and "Landlord" deserve better, much better. MC was a POS in the beginning already, but he really one upped himself over the course of the game.
Didnt know characters of a porn game could infuriate me that much. Not bc of any bad writing of course. At some point i was just invested in these characters and didnt pay attention to the scenes.
But i have to say, if your plans depends on people not talking about the obvious (like "I couldnt enter your room again after the cops came"), then its not a good plan.

yes he is, "landlord" wasn't interested about "landlady" until found that she had had other partner.
He was oblivious about their marriages current state. "Landlady" could have sat down with him and tried to talk about how she is unhappy in this marriage but she chose to cheat on him with their "Tenant" instead. Not only that, but she continued doing that well after he became aware and was improving himself for the sake of their marriage. "Landlady" is a POS. "Landlord" at least broke down after Emma tried to push him further and further.
He isnt entirely blameless, but if she would have just open her mouth this wouldnt have happened. Even badmouthing him behind his back. Disgusting.
Wow, you really seem to have a burr up your backside about this. The husband had failed as a husband & father long before the start of the game, but for some reason you seem to want to give him all sorts of benefit-of-the-doubt while ignoring the fact that his family has clearly been spiralling out of control for a LONG time. When we come in, not only is his marriage essentially dead, but his kids are also total d-bags - clearly acting out for attention they have not been getting for a long time.
Yet despite these problems taking literally YEARS to slowly develop, he has always clearly been too selfish to give a shit until HIS world is threatened. For me the bad husband & father didn't deserve much consideration at all (a mom choosing to fuck her son may be a step too far
) at the start of the game. But I guess we all view things differently based on our family experiences IRL. Again, the key point for me is how many years he had the chance (obligation) to step in and actually give a shit about his unhappy wife (a good husband does not need to be sat down and told about this, BTW) and kids but never did.
