Literally the second thing I said, im guessing you are the one who doesnt read. 6 weeks ago you aim for 55 renders/day and you are not doing half of that. Yes, a lot characters means a lot of time is wasted, but since Ocean knows, or should know, that he will start to work with this volume of people in scenes, why would you say your render count will increase? At least Try to read the entire first paragraph of the Dev Log... or even the first two sentences ... and remember it long enough to make some sense when you complain about Ocean's progress.
He literally says why the render count/day drops in sentence two - something he has commented on before in prior dev logs.
So - when he is working on scenes with Many people, render count/day drops.
When he is working on scenes with fewer people, render count/day increases.
Complexity impacts render/day count - Who Knew??
What a surprise it will be when Ocean wraps up a complex scene and shifts work to one with a smaller part of the cast of SG and render count/day 'magically' increases...
