This is, in fact, false.It's very easy to fix. The problem lies in your game settings. If you want to play games with beautiful graphics, then turn off DLSS, it creates a bunch of fake frames with low resolution and blurriness. With it you get a lot of FPS, but the picture gets worse.
Most notably because I do not, in fact, use DLSS. I detest any fake frame nonsense. As another poster pointed out, the better videos come from super sampling. Everything I've got is rendered at native resolution (save for VNs, which can only resize the original render resolutions to fit).
