Except, Ayua is partnered with Nami for their project, while Nika's partnered with Bella. Kate's quite a different story though. Can you imagine the scene in th lockeroom where Kate forces Bella to acknowledge her if Kate was Ayua's friend and Bella bumpd into Kate every other day? Of course Bella would recognise her. That whole scene only works if Kate is on the outer periphery of Bella's circle. Kate's closer to Mila's circle which means the other would know her, but not necessarily be close or chummy.I think Ayua's pretty independent and neutral when it comes to her friends. She has a friendship with Nami, who hates Bella. If she didn't hang around with anyone Bella didn't like, her friend group would consist of Bella, Nadia and Eva.
As for Dwayne, he mentions cutting her off, so I'm guessing he works at the bar. Not a stretch to think it's Petrova-owned and the boss gives him the "get her out" look. I'm leaning to him being a Petrova, but there is a possibility he may not be.
Also Dwight. Given the way he appears to arrive with Sasha the first day and that Sasha seems to avoid men - her difficulties are mentioned at the book club - it makes a decent amount of sense he's part of Sasha's clan, especially as the bar scene there's no Inessa as a body guard somewhere like she appears in other places. Dwight is obviously considered enough protection for Sasha to be out at a bar, while Inessa's required for a book club where Robert became a stalker/unwanted attention.
It's Layla's mom that owns the bar, and I imagine Leia has more experience with bars than Elena does, I guess we have to see if Elena is still a lawyer in WiaB (like she originally was) and is now retired and enjoying running a a country club now or what.
Dwight taking Ayua home is different from a bar employee. How would the bar employee even know all the patrons homes? Plus it'd be crossing all sorts of boudaries, risking lawsuits to handle her like that, keeping in mind she's a Zane. It's also before the bar is officially open, so none of them are patrons yet - Dwight has to have a prior connection to Ayua, outside of the shiny new pub.

I know I shouldn't laugh. I don't mean to be disrespectful. RIP Evil Modder! You will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to all your loved ones. Hope you're in heaven happily creating devilish incest mods to all manners of sweet and innocent AVN's.
How on earth can it work moving forward if Ocean reveals exactly what he's written to avoid patreon from nuking his page? Imagine a scene with Nika at Amber's revealing the full details of his and Nami's deal... does the fan modder rewrite the scene so it fits their fetish, even though the story makes it clear it's not that story? As the story goes further and departs more from what we initially expected, the fan mods will essentially be more and more work, having to change more and more content It will become a fan rework, not just a patch or mod, potentially with whole scenes needing to be rewritten. Ocean's on patreon, and mods will only work only while he keeps their connection ambiguous. The second he does a reveal on a patreon version and clarifies who they are in a days of our lives moment, it turns all the mods on their head. The Scrappy mod has the IC mod available, fully compatible with it and the restoration mod. That's how I've always played, and I love it.
edit: I will say this. I am extremely worried about how this is going to work going forward. Scrappy is really good about supporting his mod, not sure about the restoration stuff. I really, really hate the stupid Landlady/Tenant bullshit that makes no fucking sense, and I really hate Patreon's restrictions on IC content (though that's not my kink, it depends on the game using it). I understand that it's in response to laws around the world, but if it ain't loli pedo bullshit, then FUCK THEM for censoring.
The official version is the only version Ocean intends or supports, whatever direction we might prefer he take the story.
