I don't get it. She says she only had one relationship before, which lasted six weeks, and she didn’t want to sleep with the guy, so she doesn’t seem easy because of her mother. How can someone who has those reasons, and didn’t even have sex in a relationship, not be a virgin? Doesn’t this negate everything she said?

She probably had a casual fling and lost her virginity. A casual fling doesn't count as a relationship.

I don't think any of the kids know Nika is a Zane. It seems like it's a secret held between the WiaB cast and Noji, for a reason yet to be determined.

Ayua is practically all over him in the bar, but she does mention that he would have to marry into the family (her, one of her sisters or cousins) to be taught the family fighting style. If she knew they were related, I can't see that happening.
Ah, I see. Yeah, you can significantly downplay that point then. Although MC did slip too by following up Ayua's offer with an "are you sure"; allowing Ayua an opportunity to gracefully recover. Aaaand then the evidence is thrown out :(
lol, maybe MC has mutated/pent up pheromones or something, because the girls getting on MC is way too abrupt.

Yeah, I see now. I managed to find a YouTube playthrough of Summer's Gone from 3 years ago. For some reason the previous Victoria meeting seemed more natural; at least she seemed to be waiting for someone and abruptly interjected rather than "I don't know why I am gravitating toward that emo kid walking down the street". And it was way more dramatic. Author modified the story a lot -.-

hehe, but Summer's gone tho XP

[edit: addtional reply]
his mom totally cheated on Joseph, virgin birth my ass :ROFLMAO:
But I'm guessing at least it wasn't premarital, m i rite?
[edit edit]: okay, probably not, lmao

Indeed. I was vague with my reply and only posted the gif because we've discussed all of those changes to death over the years here. Glad the message got through ;)

But good on you for looking at the old versions. I'm one of the very few that strongly disliked the new heading of the game/story. I still remember the older versions very fondly. The raw emotional heights the game used to reach are what first pulled me in. Most of that is long gone now but...it is what it is :(

Still, I always recommend, to anyone who's willing, searching this thread for earlier versions, especially ch3 and ch3.5 and giving them a try. If you ever do, pay close attention to the old Bella argument scene with the MC in her bedroom. That perfectly exemplifies what I mean and stands as stark contrast to what we have now.

I don't see MC slip up. He doesn't find out Ayua is a Zane until much later and I assume he doesn't know he is one too. All he has been told is his parents died in a car wreck, yet Emilia confirms that William is still alive when she asks Katie how he is, as is Leia (in the slight chance he's her son).

When Ayua mentions the family technique and having to marry into her family, nobody has a clue they (likely) already are.

Earing Theory,
Leia is a closed of person, she doesn't hand out anything dear to her without a reason or anything to gain. So the earing we see on her in WiAB is later on Nami and Sasha's ears in Summer's Gone. As I said this could be done to create a bond or as a way of showing trust to the other families from a Zane. This implies Nami is a Revera. The other reason could be she gave it as a token of love. She only is show to give anything out of love to William only. Eg: she wasn't ready to help Katie financially for her boutique until she did something for Leia. This could have later changed, but as of now Ch 3 of WiAB this is the case. So a possible way for those earings may be William knocked up a Petrova and Revera, or who ever the mother of Nami is and Leia gave her earing to them as a token of her love for William.

Nami's mother Theory,
I have seen theories that says Donna could be Nami's mother, but I highly doubt that. I think Daphne (friend of William and Miru) could be Nami's mother. She is sure to make a return in WiAB, when William and Miru return to pack up their things before moving. This moment could lead to her getting knocked up or having a role the in story and later getting pregnant. Daphne and Nami's facial features and eyes are undeniable match. This support my earing theory, as one earing can be given by Leia as a token of love. That earing was identified by a hand full of elite people (Sasha, Vanessa, etc) as it once belonged to Leia, she might have given it Nami as a protection charm. Something could have happened to Daphne in WiAB after giving birth to Nami, this lead the Zane's to take Nami under Nojiko's protection. Nojiko might harbour hate towards Zane's because of the danger they put Nami in.

William's Childern Theory,
I think William has more than one child , Ayua is one as a result with Miru. Another two based on my Earing Theory are Sasha and Nami. But the child I think have a high chance of being William's is Vanessa, as result of Donna. She has the same facial features as Donna and she got the eyes from William, as Heterochromia (two coloured eyes) is hereditary. My another argument is Zara and Vanessa nothing alike, could be because they have different fathers. Maja and Victoria share atleast a little resemblance. I am not implying William went around Holloust knocking up every girl he saw (he might have), any of the above can be a possibility.

The Unholy Son Theory,
Nika could be the unspeakable abomination born out of an incestuous relation between two Zane's (Leia and William). As I said in Nami's mother theory after the incident, the Zane's couldn't take a risk of losing their heirs. So instead of taking an unwanted risk, they took Nika and Nami under the care of Nojiko. As I said in William's childern theory even though Nami could be one of his children, she is not a pure Zane. Have you noticed in Summer's Gone after Nika joined college and started to change, everything around him sort of started to work out for him. And not like "see you can fight your own battles, you just needed to believe in your self", but as if someone is watching over him. I think it was Leia, as I am sure she is no longer Pricess Zane but Queen Zane and she is watching over her prince.

The Big Incident Theory,
Have you thought why we all are invested in Summer's Gone so much, for some it may be sex scenes in the future but for most it's the story. Can you name one thing that is driving the story, yes Summer's missing can be listed but if it was the focal point most of the characters will also be invested in finding her, that's how it usually goes in investigation stories. But that is not the case here, even Nika is not trying to find her. You could say you see yourself in Nika as a person fighting his inner battles, that is a valid reason. But that is not good enough to keep us entertained (even without sex scenes). We know or expect something un imaginable is going to happen. Sub-plots like Bella saving her mother from the creep family, Mila clearing her name of theft, Victoria's disability, the Basketball plot, etc will happen and end. But I think there will be three big incidents that change the story,
1. What happend to summer ? - This will change Nika as a human being, it may bring him closure or destroy him.
2. Nika's true heritage ? - This will change the world around Nika, the world will start to perceive him differently.
3. The Big Incident ? - This event will change the story, it will happen close to the ending of Summer's Gone. This may solve every issue of characters in Summer's Gone, or every issue will be resolved before this big final event. This is going to lead to the end of Summer's Gone.

Note(Spoiler): Also anyone who says Summer is passed away, Ocean or the game never said that. It only says she went missing, and I highly recommend everyone to not believe otherwise. Did you know Ocean is an One Piece anime fan? In One Piece anime the author (Oda) has a hard time killing characters, even if he does he brings them back later in the story. So us One Peice fans never belive a death unless we see a life less body. That is why I am saying Ocean may have taken an inspiration as he already does with character names (Nika, Nami, Nojiko, etc) and pull an Oda, and surprise us with Summer later in the story.
All these are purely theories and speculations of my own if any of this comes true, I am truly sorry for ruining it.

Nice read for real. You really put effort into writing these theories bud unlike some people I've seen.

I gotta say I really enjoy the slow burn. So many VNs go from girl meets MC girl loves MC in less than a week. Ocean is taking the time to do each character justice, and let the relationships develop organically over time. Some might be faster than others but it fits with personalities, rather than 'this update includes new content for this character' or something like that.

God created the heavens and earth on six days and he rest on the seventh day

and then we have some creators that in more than a year can't put together a single chapter of an avn .
