The lack of action includes feet action, yes.

I remember Nami having a render early in the story where it focused on her foot but it was in a super early build, I think before even 3.5 existed. She was in Nika's room, I think right after Vic's accident. It was going for artistic but at the same time...not knowing what SG fully was yet I wasn't sure what to expect.
