Just careful with mentioning AVN names, mods get itchy.
But yeah. When SG was launched on Epic, I used a VPN to check the different regions, and seeing the difference in rating formats, depending on where someone is in the world. USK isn't the same as IARC and I assume for every region that uses something different, submitting the game to be reviewed by a new authority. I think that's probably why most don't try, having that kind of oversight probably makes some devs insecure with the scrutiny.
Ocean should have done it earlier, but in a way, it works out well. He has a positive tick next to his name, next to the SG series name. So Season 2 will be seen with that history in mind. Slowly building up the lewd content and getting more approval continues to strengthen his position.
Regards music, I mostly play AVNs with music off because the music isn' well chosen, or low qaulity. Ocean's chosen the music well, even if not all of it is my style. He could make the music, or high someone to score the game, so he owns th music outright. If the music and sound track are done well, the mood enhances the image as much as DoF, specific focal points, render angles and shot composition. Not everyoen likes all music, and not everyone needs it. But, if it helps Ocean pace a scene by playing music while the scene unfolds, then it's just part of his process, like his love innuendo and out of focus easter eggs in renders.
If it helps him work, it doesn't matter how many people liike it or mute it. It's there because he wants it there for the ambience he thinks is appropiate, just like all his aesthetic decisions.
So the other day someone mentioned that there used to be porn comics of Summer's Gone. I searched to see if it's available anywhere online and it seems Ocean did a miraculous job at scrubbing it from the internet. Anyone have access to those comics?

Yes, Ocean hunts down every creative soul on the internet and rips their head off if he finds any inappropriate depiction of SG characters, that's an established and proven fact you can believe 100%.
But these brave spirits are not frightened by threats, they continue to create their magical art, no matter what.

I know the problem, but how else can we make comparisons which sometimes are necessary to point out traits or missing parts? As long as we do not advertise the hell out of the comparison game, it is hopefully ok.
I know well how music influences your mood, I have different songs to play at wotk, depending on what we are working on. And yes, nice music helps games. But it is obvious Ocean overshot the end goal. The costs in money and time far surpass the end result, with most of the early music pieces gone.

I've tried this with and without the IPatch. Im curious if there is an explanation later on why the MC and Nami live together if they are not related without the patch? Because, as it is, lines like "we're not a couple. We're roomies" doesn't feel right. But it it's explained later on that the mom adopted them, and that's why they call her mom, then I might can get behind that. Thanks!

Noji was friends with Nami's parents and Nika's parents, and when all 4 of them died she took in the kids.
Not adopting them obviously

So far we don't have a good enough explantion to Nika, Nami and Nojiko relantionship. She took care of them but they are not related neither by blood or law, meaning they are not adopeted. SG also takes place in a fiction world so things may not work in the same maner as it does in the real life, meaning that Ocean gets a pass to some more out of the box thinking. Maybe it has something to do with the events of WiaB, as how he adressed the situation there, but we can't be sure, Nojiko can just be their landlady that happens to pay for their college and general life expanses because it is something that happens in this wolrd. Point of the matter is that they do not constitute a family neither by law o blood and the path has no involvement from Ocean's part being completly fan made any changes it makes is not canon and should be considered fanfic.

I think someone gave them to Nojiko, to whom she owed (Zanes probably?). This someone told her they were special. Years later she found out that when they said they were special, they meant literally.
