No, because it's the payment processors that are setting the terms for the platforms. It's against SS's ToS as well, and Steam is cleaning their catalogue. It doesn't make sense for Ocean to put himself in harms way yet again.

If he wants to try to negotiate with Patreon and create a new account, then no.
If he wants to sell his games on Steam, then no.
If he wants to avoid the risk of his SS being shut down sooner or later, then no.
Otherwise, sure, why not.

The only problem with that theory was the theory that William was also Nika's dad, with we now know is not the case, só the likelihood of William being everybody father has gone up. If William is her father is anybodies guess. With Katie attending the book club after a years absence to see her, I'd wager yes.

They were originally step siblings, but once WiaB got purged from Patreon the narrative shifted. Whether Nika was William's son initially and the pivot was to untangle from any potential ToS violations, only Ocean can answer.
Now they are two unrelated kids raised by the same woman for 15 years... definitely not a family...
