Dude, I know someone on this forum asked support less than two weeks ago. What are you even talking about? Do you know more about steam politics than steam support?

But okay, don't trust me or the steam support. Here is a random game from the store that I found by tags and date. How did it get into early access in mid-December if the rules changed even before that? Since mid November.

Must of changed there policy again, because it was at the start of this month Steam said no to any adult game in early access. It either had to be complete or updates as DLC.

Dude, I literally gave a screenshot from the steam store on which the date is clearly visible. I doubt it's already January for you. Ask support yourself.

It really depends on how big the update is when it comes IMO. 18+ months is a long time so I think a lot of people will bail if it doesn't feel worth the wait. As a point of comparison, Eternum has gone about a year without an update and he posted recently that it's almost done with over 2000 renders, over 90 animations, and over 20k lines of code. So a pretty big update and I suspect most will be satisfied that the year wait was worth it. I imagine fans of this game would be satisfied with an update of comparable size. Will we get that? No idea. I'll just cross my fingers and hope for now.
