You can upload mp4 (and certain webm) directly here, I don't know about other file formats. Use the attach file button below the compose box. It does need to be a certain file size or smaller (I forget the MB limit - looks like at least 10MB). Once attached, then you select Insert: VIDEO next to the thumbnail.

i used RPA extractor for windows to extract the images .rpa file in the game folder .
you can easily find the tutorial on youtube
