There shouldn't be a relation_tweaker_lewd+ folder here.
The files and folders inside the relation_tweaker_lewd+ folder should be at the game level in your screenshot.

This is in fact not correct. It works on my Android. You just don't have the correct permissions to do it.
Have you tried this:
You must be registered to see the links
"Method 2" is probably most convenient if you can get it to work.
Anyway I'm currently adjusting the mod slightly to make it work as an apk.
Stay tuned.

I'm not sure what there is to fix here. Jenny calls Debbie by her name or Mom, depending on her mood. It's in the original script.
Yes the mod should be in the game folder.
