I've seen the question several times but not the answer: is it possible to change the player name from a save??

I can't test it, but windows people, perhaps this Ren'Py Save Editor can help

You can change the player name, it's before main choice for Eve, before Mia vs Helen, before Erik's mom choice, before Maria's choice. Seems to me that's basically what people are asking for so they can configure what they want...
