Because right now the mod only works on the old version

The mod doesn't work with v21 and above of the game....

If you're using the PC version of Summertime Saga, unzip the download and put the .RPA file in the <Summertime Saga>\game folder. If you're using the Android version, you can't use the mod.

Sorry can you explain this to me as if I were a child, how do I turn it into a .RPA file

are you sure you used the old version of the game ? because it doesn't work for the new version
