I think so we're all on the same page it would be better if everyone is working from the same file, so my preference would be the latest Lewdpatcher. I've already found a few notes in the main game thread.

Also damn they really overhauled the censorship in 0.16... Roxy and her "slut squad" keep referring to dexter being "old enough to buy them alcohol" meaning they're hinting that the blatantly obvious High School is now supposed to be some kind of "college" or something.

And here I thought Dexter being at least 21 and still in High School was because he was so stupid he couldn't graduate and got left back for so many years!

Bro sorry for ask this, perhaps is not a problem of the lewdpatch. Perhaps is DC who change this thing, i just do not understand. And moreover I hope to be able to write it well. I remember that in the past version of the game, when you start from the scratch and see the start of the game where MC is on the graveyard with other parents, burying is father. There is a missing images there. After the burying thing, the mc return home and see his aunt and mother speaking in the kitchen. After i remember that MC was in is bad and awaken, and say there are 3 thing that i need to do.
Perhaps the better thing to do is post the missing image that the new version do not show.
I hope i have post the image well. Ofc i use the old version the one with you patch!

Oh boy. I didn't realize that the lewdpatcher one was not just this until now. I have definitely made a mental note of the times where the incest patch doesn't cut it that I encountered in my recent playthrough, but didn't mark down exact moments or anything.
(I'll just refer to MC's mom as Debbie for simplicity)
In the scene where Debbie and Mrs. Johnson are having a conversation outside of MC's house about being closer to their sons, Mrs. Johnson mentions subletting her house. Instead of being Erik's mom.
Debbie refers to MC as being a tenant at least once. It's early in her route is all I can say
Debbie has a thought during the first movie watching scene that MC must get his dick size "from his mother's side," even though she's the mother
MC refers to Debbie as Debbie (instead of mom) multiple times throughout the being beaten up by mafia guys and first shower handjob scenario
Roxxy asks if MC's "landlady ever puts clothes on" when she comes over to your house during her route to study
This is more vague, but I feel like Jenny being the sister could be stated better. Not saying you have to keep referring to her as "sis" or anything; using her name is natural. But there is one scene for example where Debbie says that Jenny must think MC is cute or something like that. That type of line just doesn't feel right when this is supposed to be a family. (I think that specific time is during the scene where you fix the bathroom pipes.)
I'll try to post any more things I find if I keep playing more.

Patreon cracked down on incest. They put the pages of most of the porn games containing incest under review until they removed it. At first it was just removing mentions of it on the Patreon page itself, but then they went back and punished the people who still had incest in the actual games. If you see any games that still have unedited incest in them (that are making money from Patreon), they've just been lucky enough to fly under the radar and will eventually be swatted down.
TL;DR if you want to make money from Patreon you can't have incest in your product.

During the Time the MC mows the yard. He calls Mom by (insert landladyname) not by Mom multiple times.

Maybe they just thought that scene was redundant? I dunno man, it's not like there's any incest in it so I have no stake wether it's gone or not.

Pfft. Incest isn't the only thing they cracked down on. They cracked down on almost every fetish. And since nobody is doing any standing up for legal free speech, and still keeps enabling patreon & everyone involved in the censorship by using them even though there are probably other avenues they can migrate to or anything, censorship will most likely only become more powerful as time goes on. Won't be long til nobody on patreon can do or draw anything but pure, unadulterated marital sex between senior citizens.
But I digress. At least we have people still trying to circumvent things like that here.
Anyway back on topic, scenes from the game keep triggering weird so it's a little hard to keep track of all the incest patch bugs... like the mom or sister being in the shower while simultaneously being in the kitchen or asking MC to ride to the mall for some hot dating practice... etc. Hope the STS kompas team get this fixed.
At the very beginning when MC comes out of room and first time meet his sister, sis say:
"It's been over a month since YOUR DAD died".
"It's been over a month since YOUR DAD died".

That's your problem. @bossapplesauce already said you should use the latest "Lewdpatcher Incest Patch" if you want to report bugs here. That's the one everyone is using so far, so that's the one he's going to try to fix with everyone's help.
Use that then report any censored bugs or inconsistencies with the patch here. It would also be helpful probably if you add a screenshot of the dialogue so bossapplesauce will have an easier time pinpointing it.
No, I didn't think it as a problem. I just misunderstood that what patch we use as a base. Sorry I try to help.

Also, @bossapplesauce, I've finally finished the entire run thru of all the inconsistencies in the Mom Only scenes:
[Helping Mom mow the lawn Scene]
- MC keeps referring to the Mom as "Debbie".
["Where is Erik's Mom" Dialogue]
- MC literally says to Erik, "Where is Erik's Mom?" instead of saying "Where's your Mom?"
[Mom & Mrs. Johnson's very 1st interaction Scene]
- Mrs. Johnson (Tammy) refers to MC's dad by saying, "I wanted to stop by and give my condolences for your loss. I know he was your close friend." when talking to the mom. The last part regarding "close friend" should probably just be deleted so it sounds less awkwardly added because of the patreon censorship bullshit.
- Mom also refers to MC and says she's "not his Mother".
- MC calls the Mom by "Debbie" again instead of "Mom".
- Mrs. Johnson refers to the Mom as, "Debbie" when talking to the MC instead of saying, "Your Mom..."
- MC says he's thankful for "being taken in" like he's a censored tenant instead of actually being part of the family.
[Helping with Mom's vacuuming Scene - "Let Me Help"]
- MC refers to Mom as "Debbie" again.
[Helping with Mom's dishwashing Scene]
- MC refers to Mom as "Debbie" again.
[Helping with Mom's laundry Scene]
- MC refers to Mom as "Debbie" again.
- Mom says "What did I do to deserve such a wonderful tenant?" instead of: "wonderful son?"
[Very 1st time watching TV with Mom at night Scene]
- MC refers to Mom as "Debbie" again.
- Mom says the line, "It must come from his Mother's side", like she's not actually originally his Mom...
- Mom also says something along the lines of, "I really am enjoying having him here.", and "He's such good company... And so handsome!" like he's some kind of "visitor" and not her son who originally lived in the house...
[Very 1st dream about Mom Scene (one where she suddenly turns into Principal Smith after the pan-up)]
- The Mom refers to herself by saying, "It's me, Debbie." when waking the MC.
- MC once again refers to the Mom as "Debbie" multiple times during and after the scene...
[2nd (wet) dream about Mom Scene]
- MC, again, refers to the Mom as "Debbie"...
[Sitting in car after getting Mom's car engine repaired Scene]
- Super forced dialogue.
- Blatant, obvious editing to pander to incest censorship.
- MC keeps referring to the Mom as "Debbie", Mom keeps calling MC by chosen name instead of: "Sweetie/sweetheart/honey/son".
[Scene after being caught 2nd time jerking it in mom's bed then going to sleep after, and the Mom sneaks into MC's room to jerk him off while he sleeps]
- SUPER EDITED. The entire dialogue for the scene was re-written to really emphasize that they're no longer related...
- Mom says "I'm old enough to be his Mother!"...
[Very 1st scene where Mafia Henchmen assault mom and MC]
- This scene has THE MOST unpatched dialogue out of all of them.
- MC keeps switching between "Mom" & "Debbie" in some dialogue instances.
- The Mom keeps referring to the Sister by her first name when talking to MC instead of saying "your Sister" or something with more familiarity.
[Scene when the MC finally unlocks sleeping with Mom]
- If you decide to click on the bed to try to sleep, the MC refers to the Mom as "Debbie" again.
- When the MC tries to sleep with the Mom, she refers to the MC's "Sister" by her first name again, instead of saying something familiar like, "your Sister".
- Same with dialogue when MC wakes up sleeping with the Mom: "You'd best get upstairs before Jessica gets up" instead of: "before your Sister gets up". Though I don't know if it was originally like that in your old 0.15 patch?
[Scene at night after dinner with Aunt Diane]
- Same as above when choosing to "Go to sleep"... MC once again refers to the Mom as "Debbie".
- When the Mom invites you to watch tv with her again (that scene just instantly triggered for me immediately after the "dinner with diane" scene), she keeps referring to you by whatever name you gave the MC instead of: "my Son", and the MC once again refers to the Mom as "Debbie" multiple times during the entire scene.
[Scene where the 3rd time the Mom sneaks into MC's room to suck him off and she finally ends up fucking him]
- MC once again refers to the Mom as "Debbie" multiple times.
- Mom once again refers to the Sister by Jenny/whatever name you gave instead of her saying, "your Sister".
[When you've unlocked watching tv with the Mom and choosing to have sex]
- MC again refers to the Mom as "Debbie".
- Mom keeps calling MC by name instead of: "Sweetie/Honey/Sweetheart".
- Small grammatical error where MC says "Debbie, I'm can't hold it" -- should be: "Mom, I can't hold it.".
[Scene after you choose not to sleep with mom after having sex with her at night]
- MC still keeps referring to the Mom as "Debbie". (ugh.)
And that's about it for the mom. Everything I didn't mention or list tested out patched using the latest anonymous v0.3 one from Lewdpatcher. Now to get started on the Sister Only Route...
