I'd clarify "the mod" as the Hairy Saga mod and to download the Naughty Tribute mod and replace the files of the Hairy Saga mod as a second step (which you did). But looks good, just remember a lot of people are morons and you need it as clear as possible The secret worms.

Fair enough. Perhaps a darker color, like in the naughty tribute? Maybe a different shade of blonde? I think that shade looks too green-brown to work

I have a question, the defaut images from the game is on RPA format, when I downloaded the mod, it came as a regular folder, putting in the mod in the GAME folder does not replace anything. Is that the right way?

It should download a .rar folder called "Hairy Saga Mod." Inside there should be a folder called 'images.' Extract that 'images' folder and put it in your Summertime Saga 'game' folder. it should ask to overwrite some existing images.

You need to download "Unren" and copy it in the folder where the.exe of Summertime Saga is located. Then start Unren to extract the images files which will show in the "images" folder as png's.
