I honestly NEVER know where you get your information from. The developer is busy making new content. If you were following HIS livestream, you would know that. Check out the StarsipGamer Youtuber channel, which basically leaked the information from the livestreams. You also know why this is taking so long at the moment. I think when he's done with his work (DarkCookie isn't just the inventor, he's also just the artist) and the other employees are still making the codes and co. and integrating everything. Some things are already done, but by no means everything. As a Patreon, you also get the information that masses of new minigames are to be added to a new area called Arcade. And especially with the content that is still being made & DarkCookie is still working on the minigames. However, this is his last task for this update. Then basically only his employees would have to finish their work and then the tech update is finished.
It doesn't ring a lot, but in the end it's not, because I think I heard that his employees only work part-time on the game. But a DarkCookie will probably not take a break either, but will already be getting his artwork ready for the next updates - Ronda, Annie, Judith.
The problem is that the resolution WILL be changed during the tech update, so his employees have to reinsert the characters into the scene from scratch, scene by scene, so that it fits. To do this, they still have to connect the individual scenes and conversations. This is a tall order as the game already has tons of text. I can understand such a long delay, especially for the tech update, but if it drags on like this after the tech update, which it shouldn't be because many scenes from Ronda's story are already finished, the next updates will probably come again come faster. Hopefully they will come in 2-3 month intervals.
If Raz - oh... uh Putin doesn't shoot back to the Stone Age with his nuclear weapons, I assume the game will be completely finished in the next 4-5 years. I hope so.
Note: If you have looked at DarkCookie's older streams, you will see that he has already prepared some other things. So he probably already saved an already pregnant Mia on his computer. Basically, it will now just be the tech update, which takes a little longer, precisely because there are still some minigames to come in the arcade and because the tech update simply has to move everything on the screen perfectly.
By the way: I have already lowered my Patreon from 20€ to 5€. For the same reason as probably many others. If it takes that long, I don't want to support it more until I'm sure that there really will be an update every few months. And I'm talking 2-3 months and not any pre-tech updates. The scenes in these updates could really have been saved and the time should have been invested more in the tech update

You do know all the pre-techs are made so that Patrons have something to do to pass time while the code is being re-made. You really think any1 and their mom wouldn't have rioted by now if there was nothing at all for over a year ? DC makes art for the update (aka all the newly wider backgrounds, all the new locations and the new scenes we get in pre-techs), what would you have him done for the last year instead ? And no, no update worth the name made it to 2-3 months. Ever. Some hit 2 months but were merely a few scenes or bonus stuff (like the vamp Odette Halloween). You almost had it right for most of that wall, until the last part in the quote.

Obviously the characters are meant as his family members, it's just a lame excuse to circumvent Patreon rules, please don't try to make into into something that was just a family from inception.
Even if it is the main route, adding nonsensical games and gimmicks instead of porn scenes is a giant waste of time. Patreon followers seem to fall into a culty behavior and let themselves be milked of their money for years... adding new scenes should not take so much time, specially considering the amount of money that he has been making with this.

It's been notwincest far longer than wincest. Whatever it was at the start. And grats on falling into milking on your 2nd post ever, that takes some skills. Pro tip : he's made 2 pre-techs and most of R(h)onda's art since he finished the tech part. That's over 5 months ago. And you'll still be waiting for those at least till the end of 2022. So no, making scenes still takes a while when the rest of the dev team is 6 months behind DC

1) Her route is done in about a week, and the hints tell you what to do, so nope
2) No route so no hints, still nope
3) Mr Ross isn't the game, Mrs Ross though ..... Her route is bring other girls and paint stuff for exams and Smith, with 1 scene. Yet again nope
Unless you finished the route and it vanishes, which is normal, nothing resembling a bug is in that list. Unless*2 you modded something wonky and it deletes hints, in which case it's on you and no1 will do anything in here > go to the mod's thread.

Regardless, this game is still the pioneer in its genre. I wonder if the dev is thinking of expanding his team, and add much needed acceleration to the development time. I see potential colleagues here in this very enclave of our own, many great talents in the Summertime Saga Fan Art thread.

I've seen a few mods for this game but not the one I seek, I am waiting until someone makes a mod that turns the mc into a female or futa/trans or a patch/update that does this.

That's not bugs but just missing content. If you miss it so much, you can use my mod which provides phone taks for those girls, plus Aqua, and some other missing quest hits.
