I think there's a decent chance that we'll get an "incest version" once the game is considered done and once DC moves to what ever he wants to do next. But I don't really think that's going to include adding that much additional content. So while it will make the scenes which are in the game (MC/Debbie/Diane/Jenny or Eric/Mrs. Johnson) quite a bit "better", it won't really help those who don't have scenes now, as they likely won't get any new ones, either.

A threesome between mom/son/sis is the most logical thing in a porn game that involves incest. There's plenty of other things in SS that don't make sense just to serve a quest, story, sex scene, etc. It's not like it's insanely hard to find a way to get them in bed together when the characters are pretty surface level.
It'll probably make more sense in the Erik remake we might get in ~4 years, until then, it's cringetopia. Same thing with the barn. Though they might weasel in some unbarneding with Annie's dad in her route, highly not happening, but it would make the most sense until a 3rd Diande remake

I personally don't see the point. The project would be finished. It would require more work to be done that has no financial payoff. Even if it were "only" rewriting the script - that still takes time and costs money. Time and money for something that he couldn't get something in return for that effort.
That's certainly true, if they'd wanted to, they could add it. It just seems like he was never really willing to spend the time to add that specific scene. As I always say, the game certainly features incest as an important kink, but it was never really about the incest in DC's mind and it's just one fetish among many.
That's basically what he himself has been saying like a dozen times over the years. Ultimately it's not that much work to change these very few assets and to write/pose some additional lines. It's worth noting that until now they haven't removed these opportunities to revert everything with very little work to be done and I'm pretty confident that it's going to stay that way.
At least until now he's been more or less saying that he considers the game paid by the money that's earned "now" and that he doesn't want to charge for it more than he has to once it's done.
