He has already 2/3 project in his mind after Summertime Saga is done. And since he already has a "name" in this industry (yeah porn industry, but industry nonetheless) he will keep doing sweet amount of money for quite a long time. SS will last for at least two full years, by the way. And obviously if DC goes to jail, "People's personal lives play apart of everything else they do", as you said. But let's keep it real, please.

You guys are dumb, this is basically 2 normal updates worth of content, this is already a basis that they release every 50 days or so, so around 100 days for this release + extra for patreon feud counting from january 1st = 14-18April day range there will likely be a release. You get the impression this is long, but it isn't. This is the normal update pace for this amount of content. We could have got update 4 weeks ago if it were just 2 teachers, but it's 4 teachers so do the maths.
