I guess not. You can load your save and play the scenes again and they will unlock the cookie jar, but I think there are some scenes you will not see again -- e.g. the telescope scenes and other unique events.

You have to already have had sex with Debbie in her room and started having sex with Diane. When Diane starts staying in the living room, in the evening, go into Debbie's room and Diane will spot you and start the scene.
