Ok, so Im stuck....

That being said I don't think it would be an ideal solution, but in the event that Patreon does go after SS then it might be one of the few viable alternatives. Of course the ideal solution would be to create an adult version of Patreon or something similar. Given how much money is actually being generated from porn games and other such things I'm honestly surprised someone hasn't done it yet.

Unless Patreon decides to remove most adult content from their platform SS as a game should be pretty safe. It really doesn't rely that much on incest and until now nothing significant has happened at all and it doesn't look like patreon continues to review pages after BB and DMD were removed. But even if that little bit is too much the main story could likely be changed rather without really hurting the game.

Yeah, but that goes into problems with payment processors being monopolized. You know how weed being legalized is an issue in certain states? Big pharmaceuticals are in the way. So who is Visa, Mastercard, etc going to go to in terms of preventing you from using money?
Someone would have to use decentralized money for a time as an alternative or find a way to route around the monopoly and no one's really done that yet. It requires a LOT to get payment processors on board, it may be easier to set up something new than try to go to old venues. But it leaves a lot on the table when people have to shift their money patterns from the debit and credit cards owned by the Big Banks.
But that's more economics and politics that's not really needed.
