I think they're asking if there is an end day in game. Reading the stated goal list at the start of the game, it is implied to be one semester (75 or 90 days depending on if the game is using high school or college semesters), however I've played up to day 150 without hitting any end date for the game, so I'd guess no, at least not at the moment. That doesn't mean it won't be implemented later though.

If you mean the community translation (it's called fr.rpy, not bin), yes it should work. Some people have issues, however...
