Good luck paying DC enough so he redraws all the PCs scenes. I recommend you sell your house and eat less to get the cash together.^^
Well, there are games that focus on varying clothes and such, but this is because the design is focusing on that from the beginning. Mainly, the characters only have one or very limited body/arm/leg/head positions and do most things by facial expressions or maybe lower arm gestures. An example is Akabur's Witch Trainer.
Maybe DC makes this possible later with the new layered image approach. But it still means a lot of effort, especially adopting older characters. And finally, the animations would have to be redrawn for each clothing type for every single frame. For example, the Roxxy cheerleader scene has every frame twice, one with costume and one naked. And for Helen, there is an overlay for each frame so that she can wear the corset.
If you would want to do such a thing for another piece of clothing, or for pubic hairs, this piece would have to be drawn for each animated frame, placing it precisely down to the pixel. Witch trainer addresses those difficulties with the use of chibby graphics, i.e. only very abstract miniatures of the characters doing the action, while the detailed graphics only do the talking.
