Well, it's not a real rework in this case but more or less transfer to the rig system. So unlike in for example Diane's, Jenny's and, in the future, Debbie's case, their faces, full screen imgages, sex-scenes, etc. will remain unchanged.
The rig system on the other hand is indeed needed to keep those whole play on mobile happy. Nobody ever talkes about the fact that the game hasn't really grown in size for the last two years despite getting that much content, better animations, etc. - indeed it has become smaller. Mia's 0.14.1 andriod version was 880mb in 2017 while the current 0.18.6 isn't even 600mb.

Yeah, everything was needed so badly.
There's so much to transfer to the rig system... can't wait to see DC transfering and fixing up my ass too. I need it so much.

Okay, New Roxxy is an improvement (there isn't really much changed but the shading is trucks better).
I preferred when Becca's boobfrecks were more visible.
Some of the other improvements actually made the breasts look like they have tumours sitting just behind their areolae.
I just wish Eve still had her more feminine face.

In the end DC has basically two choices for all those characters. Either to cut their current sprites and try to make those cuts fit or to quickly redraw what's there and to adapt that to his liking. That said, it's very unlikely that those who are on the rig system will ever get changed again, at least I'm not aware that ever happened. So the end is clearly in sight ... which sadly doesn't mean the end of those redesign updates, but at least it's something.

However, the majority that is perfectly happy with the game will not visit this thread and write every two hours how happy they are.
You claim some of his patreons are not happy. So what. Most are, therefore they are patreons. And I bet most of the people who are not patreons are happy, too.
And I post it here again, in case you missed it. Since several years, it always took around 4 to 5 months between major updates. Since this one is, according to DC, the biggest one ever, I would give him 5 months to finish it.
0.19.0: 55% complete as of August 11th 2019-> 2 months for half the way
0.18.5: June 4th 2019 (Jenny 2) -> 1 month
0.18.0: May 2nd 2019 (Jenny) -> 4.5 months
0.17.5: Dec 16th 2018 (Daisy) -> 1- month
0.17.0: Nov 23rd 2018 (Diane) -> 4 months
0.16.0: July 25th 2018 (Roxxy) -> 3+ months
0.15.1: April 15th 2018 (teachers) -> 4 months
0.14.5: December 19th 2017 (Debbie) -> 1.5 months
0.14.3: November 1st 2017 (Aqua) -> 0.5 months

I guess that's a problem which arises when a Dev introduces every important/main character right away in those very first updates. It helps a lot in many other ways amd creates a better game, but some of them won't be to his liking once he actually starts working on their update.
