He usually draws stuff like lockers, backgrounds, books, stores, etc. on stream and always gets many suggestions from the chat. I'm fairly certain this was one of those. The Dev himself has a french background but lives in north america.
He says he is from Somalia. He knows french cause of it. In sometime in his life he went to America.
There's never a set date. Right now the update is at 84% (you can check the tracker in the first post and you'll find even more detailed trackers in this topic) and I guess by now it's resonable to expect the update in ~4 weeks, possibly on halloween. Maybe a bit earlier, possibly a little later.

Maybe, because she's the most used up one. I'm willing to bet more than Roz eventhough she's way older than her.
What a mean thing to say. If she was a guy she'd be called a stud for having been around the block, but because she's a lady she's treated like an object with the sole purpose of being used. And because she's seen a lot of action and has been enjoying herself, she's "too used up".
