Well, it's just a fan poll with a limited choice over here. In general she indeed seems to be the least popular schoolgirl, given that DC's real polls haven't chosen her yet.
That said, even though I'm not that much into her either, I'm really interested to see her story by now and I'd really hope that she'll actually get 0.23. She's got the disadvantage that being a boring wallflower is the starting point of her story, but I'm sure she'll change quite a bit during her story.
